Adult Teaching Qualifications
Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector
This qualification is appropriate for all new entrants to teaching in the lifelong learning sector, or for those who are required to achieve a recognised teaching status as defined in the New Overarching Professional Standards for Teachers, Tutors and Trainers in the Lifelong Learning Sector. This qualification will be taken by all teachers, in a full or associated role. You do not have to be in a teaching role to undertake this qualification.

This award is suitable for those who assess NVQ candidates using a range of methods. This includes those whose role involves: ⢠assessing candidates against agreed standards of competence using a range of assessment methods ⢠giving candidates feedback on assessment decisions ⢠contributing to the internal quality assurance processes This Award is work-oriented and therefore is suitable for those who have real work experience. Clearview Training Services may be able to offer the owrk experience needed for this qualification.

This award is suitable for those whose role involves: ⢠evaluating the internal assessment process ⢠monitoring and reviewing internal assessment audit systems ⢠carrying out related internal verification or moderation activities This award is work-oriented and therefore is suitable for those who have real work experience. Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
NCFE Level 2 Extended Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and
NCFE Level 3 Extended Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

These qualifications are aimed at learners aged 16+ who wish to explore a career in supporting teaching and learning in schools. The qualifications are suitable for a range of roles which support teaching and learning in schools. This includes Teaching Assistants and those who provide learning support within a school setting.
You are required to do 100 hours in a work placement as part of this qualification. |
